Men’s Chorus
Men of Immanuel!  It’s almost time!   The annual Men’s Chorus is coming soon! – Saturday,  November 15th and Sunday, November 16th.  This is an opportunity for men of Immanuel to meet and greet old and new acquaintances, feast on a gourmet breakfast prepared by the ladies of the choir and tune-up the vocal cords to lead the music for Sunday worship.
Breakfast and Rehearsal – Saturday November 15 at 9:00 a.m.
Sing for Worship Services - Sunday November 16 at 9:00 and 11:15 a.m.
All men who enjoy singing and fellowship are invited to join us.  Please sign your name on the sign-up sheet in the Fellowship Hall after Sunday Services.  We need a count for food and music for all.

Brian Wilhour plays at Interlochen Center for the Arts 
From April 17th-20th, IPC Music Director Brian Wilhour visited Interlochen, Michigan where he was welcomed by the faculty and students of the Interlochen Center for the Arts. As part of the guest artist series, he instructed organ and composition students in masterclasses as well as individual lessons and coachings, culminating in a solo recital on the three-manual, 50 rank Reuter Organ in Dendrinos Chapel. The hour-long recital consisted exclusively of original works for organ, written by Brian Wilhour, and featuring a Prelude and Fugue crafted specifically for this program. The event was made possible in part by the efforts of Tom Hamilton, who very graciously drove many hours to Michigan to attend the concert. Congratulations Brian! We are proud of you! 

Choir programs
All choir programs are in session. Primary Choir (Grades 1-3) meets during the 9 am Worship Hour and Junior Choir (Grades 4-8) is held during the 11:15 Worship Hour. The adult choir schedule is as follows:
Tuesdays 
1:00 p.m. Sanctuary Bells  - Music Room
5:00 p.m. Fellowship Bells - Music Room
7:00 p.m. Sanctuary Choir - Music Room
8:30 p.m. Motet Choir - Music Room

Singing the Music of Cole Porter
"A Night of Music at Immanuel", May 12th, was a fun evening of fellowship and entertainment by Immanuel's own talented singers who sang songs from Cole Porter. Don DiLoreto directed this wonderful event. Thank you to all the singers, and the dinner hosts/hostesses! See the photos.
