Personnel

The Personnel Committee develops and oversees policies, procedures, and staff relations; conducts annual performance and salary reviews of the staff; and prepares salary and benefit portions of the annual budget.

In addition, each member acts as a liaison to one or more staff members, ensuring open dialogue between the church and its employees. The committee meets periodically throughout the year.
