Welcome to the Business Office

The business office core hours are from 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, dependent upon meeting schedules.

The business administrator, Mary Ann Vaughan, works closely with the Treasurer, IPC staff members, and committee chairs, and is staff representative to the Finance, Property, Risk Management and Web Site Committees as well as the Technology Team.

Financial and Facility Services Provided
Facilitate accounting of all donations, including stock transactions
Provide quarterly statements of giving
Publish committee & church financial reports
Coordinate with IPC banking & investment institutions
Oversee maintenance of all site facilities
Coordinate room set-up for all meetings
Community liaison for building use

Technology Coordination
Maintain the IPC network server & related equipment
Coordinate all technical support
